Granvio 提供預約制行政專車、私人租賃車、機場接送及相關乘客運輸服務。私人租賃車服務按照 Wokingham Borough Council Private Hire Operator Licence PO239 營運。

Granvio provides pre-booked executive chauffeur, private hire, airport transfer and related passenger transport services. Private hire services are operated under Wokingham Borough Council Private Hire Operator Licence PO239.

車輛及合作營運商Vehicles and partner operators

Granvio 在其 operator arrangements 範圍內直接營運具適當牌照的私人租賃車輛，並在需要額外運力時與具適當牌照的 partner operators 合作。如 booking 需要 subcontract，我們會在行程開始前通知客戶，並按照適用 private hire licensing requirements 處理。

Granvio directly operates appropriately licensed private hire vehicles within the scope of its operator arrangements and works with appropriately licensed partner operators where additional capacity is required. Where a booking is subcontracted, the Customer is informed before the journey begins and the booking is handled in accordance with applicable private hire licensing requirements.

提供 private hire journey 的司機及車輛須持有適用於相關服務的牌照及保險。

Drivers and vehicles used for private hire journeys are required to hold the licences and insurance applicable to the service being provided.

記錄及資料保護Records and data protection

Granvio 按適用 licensing 及 data-protection requirements 保存 booking、driver、vehicle 及 complaint records。我們亦致力於 passenger safety、safeguarding、accessibility、non-discrimination 及妥善處理個人資料。

Granvio maintains booking, driver, vehicle and complaint records in accordance with applicable licensing and data-protection requirements. We are also committed to passenger safety, safeguarding, accessibility, non-discrimination and responsible handling of personal information.

跨境乘客行程International passenger journeys

跨境乘客行程須遵守適用的保險、道路運輸、邊境、入境及其他法律要求。服務是否可以提供，亦受當時適用的營運、安全及法律要求所限。

International passenger journeys are subject to applicable insurance, road-transport, border, immigration and other legal requirements. Availability of a service is also subject to the operational, safety and legal requirements applicable at the relevant time.
