無障礙及輔助犬政策Accessibility & Assistance Dogs

Granvio 致力以公平方式提供私人租賃車服務，並避免非法歧視。我們歡迎殘疾乘客，並會在合理可行情況下提供適當協助。

Granvio is committed to providing its private hire services fairly and without unlawful discrimination. We welcome disabled passengers and will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate assistance.

輪椅及 mobility aidsWheelchairs and mobility aids

Granvio 現時車輛並非專門設計的 wheelchair-accessible vehicles（WAVs）。如乘客在行程期間必須一直坐於輪椅內，請在預約前通知我們，因現有車輛未必能安全提供該類服務。

Granvio’s current vehicles are not purpose-built wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs). A passenger who must remain seated in a wheelchair during travel should tell us before booking, as our current vehicles may not safely accommodate that requirement.

可摺式輪椅、助行器及其他 mobility equipment 可視乎尺寸、車輛、乘客人數及行李空間安排。請預先通知我們，以便確認合適安排。

Folding wheelchairs, walking aids and other mobility equipment may be accommodated depending on their dimensions, the vehicle, passenger numbers and luggage. Please tell us in advance so that we can confirm an appropriate arrangement.

合理協助Reasonable assistance

如需要合理協助，請在預約時告知。我們不會要求與安排服務無關或不必要的醫療資料。

Please tell us at the time of booking about any reasonable assistance required. We do not ask for medical information that is unnecessary to arrange the service.

輔助犬Assistance dogs

按照適用法律，輔助犬可與乘客同行，Granvio 不會因乘客攜帶輔助犬而額外收費。只有在司機持有適用並有效的正式 exemption 時，方可依賴相關豁免。我們不會純粹因乘客有殘疾或攜帶輔助犬而拒絕私人租賃車預約。

Assistance dogs may travel with their handler in accordance with applicable law, and Granvio will not impose an additional charge because a passenger is accompanied by an assistance dog. A driver may only rely on a recognised exemption where a valid exemption applies. We will not refuse a private hire booking simply because a person is disabled or accompanied by an assistance dog.
